Partner and Registered Provider

Registered provider, my previous experiences, Land Lady of a Free House on the Somerset Levels.

I joined the care industry in 2000 after having the second of my two sons, Caring predominately for a lady who had a brain injury. I became extremely disillusioned with the standard of care being delivered by the agency that I was working for. We started Total Care and wanted it to be a real quality service and one that our care staff and clients would be proud to be involved in.

In 2011 we registered with CQC and cared for many clients, funded by local authority, NHS and privately.

Partner, Financial and Legal

Originally with a sales background, I assisted Debbie whilst we began to grow our new care agency from the humble beginnings of our kitchen table. Initially my role involved the full extent of our administrative and personnel requirements.

As the company developed and grew my role changed, I now concentrate on the legal and financial entity of the business, meeting with commissioners and procurement individuals.
